Kunal Pasrija is an entrepreneur on a mission to acquire and grow a single business for the long term. Inspired by his father's entrepreneurial journey as the CEO of a 350+ employee company, Kunal is driven to make a positive impact on the lives of employees and the community through small business ownership.

 

Throughout his career, Kunal has demonstrated a knack for driving operational excellence and growth. At Uber, he identified and led a cross-functional team to reduce fraud, saving the company over $13M per year. At Agility Recovery, he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and led strategic projects such as overhauling the company’s data systems, empowering leaders with real-time information and insights. 

Kunal's approach to leadership centers around people and culture. He believes in building connected, dynamic teams that thrive on winning together. Compared to traditional private equity firms, Kunal distinguishes himself by focusing solely on acquiring one business and serving as a steward of the owner's legacy. He is committed to preserving the company's name, culture, and staff while investing in growth and employee development.
